The aim of the International Conference ITR-2019 is to bring together researchers, industry professionals and students from a broad range of disciplines related to robotics, cyber physical system security, block chain technology, internet of things, algorithms and mathematical methods in robotics, and other fields to share the latest developments and discuss the directions for the future research development. The registration fee 300€ includes the scientific and social programs of the ITR’2019: admission to technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet and conference proceedings.

Doctoral students and scientific committee members are exempt from registration fees. For any paper published in the Proceedings, at least one full registration is required.

Each paper should be submitted only in one of the sections.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Prepare the draft and final version of your paper using the following templates: WordTemplate

The final version of the paper MUST NOT exceed 8 typeset pages.

Be sure that all fonts are embedded in the pdf file. Fonts that require non-English language support are not allowed.

Photographs and grayscale figures should be prepared with 300 dpi resolution and saved with no compression.

High-contrast line figures and tables should be prepared with 600 dpi resolution.


Final paper submission

If you wish your paper to be included in the Springer book, please send us the REVISED paper (8 pages max.) incorporating the reviewers’ suggestions by 1 August 2019.

The final submission deadline is strict, in order to meet the publisher’s deadline. Inclusion in the Springer book will not be guaranteed if the paper is received later than 1 August 2019.

After incorporating all the reviewers’ comments and changes please send us the following files:

  • Word: The Word document of your manuscript.
  • A PDF file of the paper for cross-checking;
  • The consent-to-publish form to be downloaded here and to be signed by the first author on behalf of all co-authors. Consent to Publish
